Establishment of Madan Bhandari Technological University (Proposed):
MBMAN is developing a community based Technological University, proposed as Madan Bhandari Technological University (MBTU). A basic concept with clear road map, work experience and bridging course for technical education, is clearly spelled out in the proposed document. 3 year Interim national plan has clearly spell-out the need of technological university in Nepal. 2066/67 budget speech as well stated the establishment of the technological university. Technolgical university Bill has been developed and submitted to Ministry of Education (MoE) for submission to the Parliament for its approval as well as cabinet of ministry has approved to send bill in parliament. A Promotion Team is functional with the contributions from several Educationists, Doctors, Professors, Engineers and Social Scientists.  [Prospectus]

Establishment of Model Villages (Madan Gaun):
MBMAN has envisioned developing three model villages, selecting from the different geographical terrain, namely Dhungesanghu, in Taplejung from high hill terrain, Itahara a terai village of southern Nepal, and Urlabari in Morang district. The selected three places are related with Madan Bhandari, the former two are the places, where Madan Bhandari was born and where he was active respectively and the third is a place, Urlabari V.D.C. where Head Office of MBMAN is located at.

MBMAN has a aim to establish a healthy, wealthy and beautiful village with developing entrepreneurship at agriculture and technical education that pave the way to permanently solution of existing problems in the community. In the initial period program of model village campaign has been intervention in three selective areas. As well as MBMAN is facilitating different VDC of Nepal to develop Model Village.

Piloting of the activities has started in Itahara VDC. The learning will be consolidated in extending program in the other two VDCs.

ICT 4 Development:
MBMAN has internalized and is considering planning to initiate e-community centers for technology transfer and extension in the rural community. It will include e-learning, digital library, e-mail and internet facility in the respective course of technical education.
It has included Computer Education Program in the running technical education programs. MBMAN has extended community ICT centers with the facilities of wireless internet broadband connection in Ithara. And it is planning to extend it different model village with the partnership with different organization. Nepal Telecom is providing NTSAT (VSAT) for the extension of ICT center to minimize digital divide and enhancement of livelihood of rural community through information and communication technology.

Establishment of Community Hospital: 
One of the major community activities of MBMAN is the establishment of Community Hospital in Urlabari-6, Morang. MBMAN has acquired 13 hectare land for the process of developing community hospital.

Establishment of People's Museum:
MBMAN has a dream of developing a Peoples Museum in eastern Nepal. It will be the people's museum referring to the great political and social movements in Nepal. It will be developed as a great learning and research center of Nepalese history, ethnicity, culture and society. 
Small Part of this work is started as establishment of Madan Bhandari Biographical Museum in the compound of MBMAN head office Urlabari.

MBMAN started to preserve Madan's philosophy and other materials related to his memory. It also is making arrangements to publish photographs and memoirs of Madan Bhandari. It has developed a Madan Memorial Section in the head office, to preserve all available materials related to his memory and to make further research on his life and ideology. 

A house in Itahara, where Madan lived, has been renovated to sustain his memory and two publications titled "Madan Bhandari Smrithi Grantha" (Life story of Madan) and "Tasbir Ma Madan Bhandari" (Madan Bhandari in Pictures) has already published.
