The Academy is purely a civil society based institution having diversified group of more then 528 people (laborers, farmers, teachers, social workers, politicians, doctors, engineers, development professionals, volunteers etc.) as its general members. According the constitution, it organizes the general assembly annually through which the major policies, annual programs and budget are approved. 

The Academy has an executive committee, consisting 21 members elected by the general assembly in each five year, responsible for implementation of the annual programs through the staff members under an Executive Director.
