Vocational and Skill Based Modular Training:
As a regular program, MBMAN organizes short and long term vocational training in various technical subjects. These training are targeted to the high school drop-out youths, for improving their livelihood by increasing their capacity and access to the available opportunities. The program has trained more than 700 participants. These trainings are conducted by using internal funds as well as the support from different partner organizations. Among them, more then 50% graduates are estimated to be in wage and self employment. This is considered as a major break through of the academy.
